James was great! He was very patient with us, took us step by step through the process, allowed us to take our time looking at the cars and even encouraged us to open them and look inside! He allowed us to take the car for a test drive and was overall very pleasant and hospitable! We originally came to scout and ended up signing papers for a 2025 jeep! He even helped us find an insurance company that would do full coverage for a relatively low price!! 10/10 would recommend the experience! He was extremely charismatic and funny too 😉
